We are looking to grow our team with an Expanded Function Dental Assistant who shares our energy and enthusiasm for creating the best anxiety-free experience for our patients. Someone who is a team player, people-oriented, and has great attention to detail will succeed on our team.
EFDA Responsibilities include:
- Fillings and optimal restorative health
- Patient communication both instructional and educational
- Maintaining clear and open communication with doctors
- Clinical Documentation and charting
- We Care calls and patient follow up
- Room Preparation for dental procedures
- Doctor Prep
- Lab processing and handling
Requirements
EFDA Skills Needed:
- Must have firm knowledge of dental materials and instruments
- Knowledge of Open Dental computer software preferred
- Use of good organizational skills, maturity, excellent judgement and a strong sense of responsibility; display initiative
- Must be able to work in a fast paced office
EFDA Qualifications
- Years of Expanded Function Dental Assistant Experience: 2+ perferred.
- Radiographer license
- Active Expanded Function Dental Assistant License
