Qualifications

• 10+ years of solid commercial roofing field experience to be relatable to field, Foremen and Superintendents with preference for prior Supt. experience.
• Experienced overseeing and setting the direction and standards for quality, safety, productivity, and morale.
• Track record of demonstrating the strategic leadership to protect job profit through effective leadership and planning.
• The heart and skill to be the mentor and day-to-day coach for our Superintendents.

Key Functions

• Sets the direction and standards for our construction division in quality, safety, productivity, and morale.
• Protects profits through effective project planning, scheduling, and labor management.
• Provides day-to-day coaching and mentoring for Superintendents to enhance their growth, project performance and morale.
• Further enhance our field culture where Maxwell Roofing is the employer of choice that attracts experienced and inexperienced roofers.
• Oversee Safety, Quality, Inventory and Fleet Management.
