About FirstCall

As the oldest and most-established public adjusting firm in Tennessee, FirstCall is now into their 4th decade of helping families and businesses fully recover after they've had a property loss. As our Sales Representative you'll meet with homeowners and business owners/managers that have suffered a major insured loss. FirstCall utilizes valuable “know-how” and personnel resources to make sure clients' claims aren't shortchanged by the insurance company (which happens all too often). As the owners' professional advocate, we help ease their load, even the playing field, give them hope and ensure a better settlement outcome. It's incredibly gratifying to make such a significant difference in the lives of our clients.

Requirements

  • Superior sales skills and solid track record that includes selling intangibles.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platform is highly preferred.
  • While we provide the majority of leads, we expect you to be skilled in networking and prospecting to enhance those leads and identify additional losses to pursue.
  • The ability to strategize and manage your day to maximize success – we don't micromanage.
  • Skilled communicator that can talk with anyone, connect at a deep level quickly, and wants to stick up for the little guy against the large insurance companies.
  • While you'll meet most insured parties between 8 am and 6 pm, you must be willing and able to accommodate them by meeting in the evening or weekends as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Key Functions

  • We'll thoroughly train and prepare you to pass the public adjuster licensing exam which our founder helped establish for the state of Tennessee.
  • You'll cover Middle Tennessee with a minimum of 4 – 5 visits per day to site losses to gain intelligence and connect with the insured.
  • Employ a mix of sales and marketing strategies to gain an audience with the insured to present a solution that they likely won't know exists.
  • Manage all activity and reporting through Salesforce.
  • Transition the signed client to our operations team that will professionally prepare and manage the claim to a significantly better settlement for the client.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, ongoing training opportunities and other activities to accelerate your success.

Perks and Benefits

  • Excellent training and mentoring to equip you to be highly successful by the organization that founded public adjusting in Tennessee.
  • Solid salary coupled with a transparent, monthly commission plan that should earn you a minimum of high 5-figure income and then progress into the 6-figure range based upon our sales team's historical performance.
  • Company Car or Car Allowance, unbeatable Health Insurance ($1,500 deductible), Matching 401K, Employer-paid Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, Dental/Vision options, Technology Package (iPhone, iPad, laptop etc.), Family/Team-Oriented Culture, Company Quarterly profit bonuses, Potlucks and more…
  • Great for someone that wants to earn an exceptional income and know your efforts are making a difference in the lives of others -- one claim at a time.
