Small Business Relationship Manager

The Small Business Realtionship Manager (SMB) should have the personality and ability to communicate with doctors, directors, principals, and the ever-important front office staff, who are the gateway to the professionals we want to meet. We are looking for a professional, engaging, dynamic person with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

The SMB is an integral member of our team and will be responsible for learning about the awesome work that we do with children and using that information to develop old and new referral sources by figuring out how we can best meet the needs of the referral sources. You will be our public face in the community.

The SMB primary responsibility is to develop strong relationships with current and potential referral sources, such as pediatricians and school directors, which translate into increased clients for our practice. The right candidate will be sensitive to the nuanced needs of potential and current referral sources, organized, track his/her work, follow up in a timely manner, and make suggestions to management.

The SMB interfaces with our graphic designer to produce written content for our referral sources, brochures, website, and other digital content. He or she needs to be able to plan and organize community events and be social media savvy.

Job Type: Part-time; flexible hours, approximately 20-25 hours/week

Full-time access to a car and a valid NJ drivers license required

Experience in public relations or client relations, and a background in communications is a plus

Salary: Hourly Pay $18.00 to $23.00 commensurate with experience, plus a bonus structure to enable you to control of your own salary
