Lead design and implementation of key radar hardware RF projects, analog and digital PCB design projects. Responsible for high frequency RF PCB and high speed digital board layout design. Managing overseas PCB manufacturers, responsible for all technique communications and manage board engineering questions. Research and develop different soldering skills and equipment for better efficiency and high yield rate. Work with application team and software team to determine the hardware interface and the radar sensor system structure. Perform the hardware related software testing and debugging.
Master's degree in Electrical Engineer plus 5 years of experience as Hardware Engineer in radar hardware design and implementation; high frequency (60 Ghz and above) RF PCB and high speed (1Ghz and above) digital board layout design, PCB signal and power integrity analysis. 2 to 3 years of leadership experience managing key projects of radar hardware and digital electronic group. Must have excellent hands-on experience in prototype bring-up and debugging, functional verification, and manufacturing support. Strong experience and knowledge in analog and digital radar sensor design, High Speed Serial Interfaces (USB, PCIE, SATA), Parallel memory interfaces (DDR3/GDDR5), Power Management, TI DSP chipsets. Strong soldering skills, able to handle TH components to all SMD, fine-pitch high density chip, BGA package.
