Lifeway Mobility, an established leader in the fast-growing home accessibility industry, helps seniors with impaired mobility and individuals with disabilities stay in their homes and remain independent. We're seeking a tech-savvy, customer-first team player to support customers and assist in managing installation and service projects. Key responsibilities include the following:

· Take calls from customers re: service issues, trouble-shoot if possible, or schedule service call

· Create and send invoices, enter payments, and follow up on collections

· Request service authorizations from state agencies

· Get part prices, estimate labor hours

· Order parts and track shipments

· Coordinate and pack return parts and verify credits from vendors

Job Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

· At least three years' experience in telephone/computer-based customer service

· High school diploma

· Ability to juggle phone calls and computer tasks

· Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and client relationship management (CRM) systems
