About the Role: 

As a Solutions Manager at JobTarget, you’ll play a crucial role in managing and growing customer relationships while driving new business. You will act as a strategic advisor, guiding organizations through their recruitment challenges by introducing tailored solutions that improve their online recruitment strategy. In this role, you’ll conduct product demos, ask discovery questions to understand clients’ needs, and create proposals to help them hire top talent. After converting prospective clients, you’ll work to ensure they have a positive experience on the JobTarget platform, manage their onboarding, and foster long-term client relationships. 


Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct product demos for prospective clients, asking discovery questions to identify their recruitment goals, needs, and pain points. 
  • Recommend JobTarget products and services that best address each client’s specific hiring challenges. 
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, maintaining proactive engagement and support. 
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and training for new clients, facilitating a positive initial experience. 
  • Set appointments with key decision-makers to drive pipeline growth. 
  • Create and manage client proposals, handling follow-up communication until service orders are signed. 
  • Assist customers with understanding and navigating the JobTarget marketplace to enhance their recruitment experience. 
  • Drive revenue growth by introducing recruitment tools to help clients find, engage, and hire the perfect candidates. 


Job Requirements

  • Comfortable with selling to both new business and existing customers. 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to ask insightful questions and offer tailored solutions. 
  • Excellent phone skills and the ability to make a high volume of calls daily. 
  • Proven ability to engage and cultivate leads and foster relationships that drive growth. 
  • Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team. 
  • Comfortable with remote work and flexible with a start-up environment’s dynamic pace. 


Compensation and Benefits: 

JobTarget provides a high-energy growth environment, along with excellent benefits including PTO, medical, dental, and 401(k) with a match. Annual base pay range: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 + monthly commission. Employees may also be eligible to participate in JobTarget’s Equity Incentive Plan. JobTarget is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
