About this role

We seek Partnerships Specialists to join our team. The Partnership Specialist will work closely with our Product and Implementation team to ensure we maximize the opportunities our partners can offer.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an integrations expert and ensure a high-level service is being delivered for any partnership-related matter.
•  Work with partners on guiding them through the integration process.
• Coordinate lead and customer support flow between organizations.
• Focus on the customer experience and define any process of improvement initiatives to improve the integration process.
• Analyze our partnerships and lead flows to determine optimal partnership models.
• Maintain documentation about the technical and operational setups with our Partners.
• Provide subject matter expertise to internal teams regarding our partnerships.
• Primary point of contact to resolve bugs and technical issues with our partners.

Requirements

• 2-4 years’ experience in managing partners, business accounts, and/or customer relationships.
• Proactive, professional account/partnership management and relationship-building skills.
• High-level oral, written, and consultative communication skills.
• Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal skills and a customer service focus.
• Skilled at effectively presenting and selling solutions, ideas, and concepts over the phone.
• Demonstrated leadership/supervisory and project management skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.

JobTarget provides a high-energy growth environment, along with excellent benefits including PTO, medical, dental, and 401(k) with match. Annual base range: $68,000 - $78,000 + annual bonus potential. Employees may also be eligible to participate in JobTarget's Equity Incentive Plan. Compensation commensurate with experience.
