About the Role
The Junior Product Manager will work under the mentorship of the Business Owner to grow into a team member and build a product roadmap. They will also learn how to manage an agile development team, eventually taking ownership of planning, execution, and delivery to scope and on time.

Responsibilities:

The Junior Product Manager will learn how to execute the following responsibilities:

• Work with JobTarget stakeholders to define new features, updates, and fixes to grow JobTarget's business and empower our mutual customers.
• Provide product guidance to the engineering team by clarifying and owning requirements, acceptance criteria, and desirable outcomes for new products and updates.
• Keep their projects organized and on time through an agile process and run agile ceremonies as a scrum master.
• Analyze feedback and data to build a product roadmap of features through PRDs and user stories.

Requirements:

• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
• Basic data analytics skills
• Previous experience coordinating, organizing, or managing projects of any type or scale.
• Previous leadership experience of any kind or demonstrated ability to lead a team.
• Demonstrated aptitude for product work: the ability to translate feedback or data into desired outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to execute goals on time.
