Our products are used by thousands of corporate recruiters and reach millions of job seekers. Our company is growing, and we are looking to expand our Sales team.

About the Role

The Account Executive, Enterprise will be responsible for driving new customer acquisitions and establishing and nurturing a strong pipeline. You will prospect, establish, and foster relationships with clients and sell them solutions that will help them grow their businesses.


  • Focus on researching and cultivating Fortune 1000 accounts, utilizing a consultative approach to identity effective recruiting solutions for prospective customers
  • Conduct live product demonstrations for all prospective customers
  • Manage a sales pipeline and process from initial outreach to presentation, negotiation and close.
  • Attend and/or present at national, regional, and local tradeshows and meetings to generate leads and promote sales

Required Skills

  • 4+ years' experience in Sales with at least 2 years in recruiting or recruitment advertising, or a related field.
  • Exceptionally strong contract negotiation and deal closing skills
  • Ability to develop talent, communicate effectively and produce results
  • Effective team building skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Solid understanding of the web industry and related technologies
  • Skilled in Salesforce a plus
