About the Role

The Client Success Specialist maintains business relationships by serving as a Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) compliance expert for clients and internal stakeholders. The position is ideal for a “people person,” by nature, who has a hybrid of problem solving, and technology skills required to master the compliance product and grow customer retention.

Responsibilities

  • Successfully Implement new compliance clients and performing quality assurance before and after launch.
  • Perform compliance renewal checks for customers.
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers on client account strategies.
  • Answer basic OFCCP compliance questions as it relates to compliance program.
  • Run and review compliance reports.
  • Enter, review and resolve tickets/issues within JobTarget's ticketing system.
  • Follow-up and document resolution of issues as needed.
  • Give regular status updates on tasks being performed.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Required Skills

  • College degree.
  • Excellent communication skills - You are comfortable speaking with customers and decision-makers about meeting their needs.
  • Hard worker, creative problem solver, self-motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Great attitude and strong organizational skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills required.
  • Ability to understand technical material and translate it to a non-technical audience.
  • Proven ability to learn new concepts quickly.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
