About this Role
We seek a Web Marketing Manager to manage our web properties. The right candidate possesses a strong understanding of digital marketing and the web and will own the development, maintenance, and business performance of our corporate website. This person will have strong technical and analytical skills. They will understand who is visiting our site, what pages are most frequented, what customer journeys' lead to the highest conversion, etc. They will regularly audit and optimize the site for user experience and performance. The Web Marketing Manager will develop and implement JobTarget's web-based marketing strategy to promote our brand, attract visitors and potential leads, and generate new business.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage data to understand customer behavior on the website and provide strategy to optimize the user experience
  • SEO Optimization for all web properties
  • Work with marketing and product team partners to update website content
  • Build and audit the performance of our landing pages using data and A/B Testing
  • Coordinate with other marketing team members to ensure active promotions and campaigns are represented and accurately tracked on the website
  • Collaborate with demand gen, communication, development, and content staff to monitor and improve search engine optimization (SEO) results for JobTarget's site
  • Maintain current knowledge of trends and developments in online marketing

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required
  • Three to five years of related experience preferred
  • SEO Expertise/certifications
  • Strengths in data analysis and the ability to synthesize user feedback to help drive content decision
  • Proven ability to plan and implement web marketing campaigns
  • Proficient with HTML, CSS and web design
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience using Pardot and Salesforce
