About this Role
We're looking for an aspiring Product Marketer to join our Product Team. The right candidate will be eager to jump right in and help us drive revenue growth by owning strategy execution for a designated product/suite of products. As Junior Product Marketing Specialist, you will assist with product/feature launches, customer communications, sales enablement, and customer and market research, among other activities.


  • Work with broader marketing team to support and execute creative, cohesive, and integrated marketing programs.
  • Work collaboratively with product managers to develop key product messaging
  • Assist the marketing team in planning and creating marketing assets
  • Develop customer communications that encourage retention, upselling, and cross selling
  • Implementation of GTM launches for new products and features
  • Manage promotions and offers for your designated suite of products
  • Perform market research, interviewing customers and prospects, as well as keeping up with competitor and market intel
Required Skills

  • Experience in/working knowledge of/passion for tech products/industry a plus. You are keen to learn about tech products/work with a product team.
  • Passionate about customer experience and able to act as a customer advocate
  • Experience with/working knowledge of data analytics – able to analyze and draw conclusions from a customer data set
  • Experience with/working knowledge of SEM
  • Experience with/working knowledge of email automations
  • Ability to work cross functionally with other teams
  • Excellent communication skills (able to write copy)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce/Pardot/Marketing Cloud
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or related field. This role would suit a recent college grad or someone with 1-2 years of Marketing experience.
