The Opportunity
We are looking for a HR/Office Coordinator to join our team in Stamford, CT. The ideal candidate will demonstrate effective communication skills and assist in upholding a comfortable and professional atmosphere in our Stamford Office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory of office/kitchen supplies and equipment
  • Assist in managing the incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assist in pre-employment communication, on boarding, and new hire training
  • Assist with scheduling interviews, obtaining feedback from hiring managers and checking candidate references.
  • Review employee timecards and process bi-weekly payroll
  • Prepare bi-weekly payroll reports for Finance
  • Assist in planning employee social events
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Highly organized and have excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Solid judgment and critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
