About this role:
We're looking for an aspiring Product Marketer to join our Product Team. The right candidate will be eager to jump right in and help us drive revenue growth by owning strategy execution for a designated product/suite of products. As Junior Product Marketing Specialist, you will assist in implementing product/feature launches, customer communications, and emails, as well as create documents and assets to support those activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Build email automations to drive conversions for your designated product/suite of products
  • Use data sets to identify customer needs and opportunities and drive customer-oriented initiatives for upsell/cross sell activity
  • Assist with product/feature launches
  • Create product documents
  • Produce error-free content that adheres to the company's style guidelines
  • Set up creative, sequencing, segmentation, timing, and other email tests
  • Assist in the creation and optimization of paid Google ads

Qualifications

  • Experience in/working knowledge of/passion for tech products/industry a plus. You are keen to learn about tech products/work with a product team.
  • Passionate about customer experience and able to act as a customer advocate
  • Experience with/working knowledge of data analytics – able to analyze and draw conclusions from a customer data set
  • Experience with/working knowledge of SEM
  • Experience with/working knowledge of email automations
  • Ability to work cross functionally with other teams
  • Excellent communication skills (able to write copy)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce/Pardot/Marketing Cloud
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or related field. This role would suit a recent college grad or someone with 1-2 years of Marketing experience.
