About the Role
The Sales Operations Manager will play an important role in the overall operations of sales, including lead generation, workflow design and sales process efficiency. The Sales Operations Manager will also be responsible for managing Salesforce and helping all internal teams with reporting requests.


  • Analyze and optimize Salesforce related workflows, platform design and setup
  • Work closely with Salesforce consultants and administrators to design, implement and ensure improvements in sales operations. Continuous push towards automation.
  • Manage lead distribution process. Ensure all leads are worked within defined time periods
  • Manage customer account assignments across relationship management teams
  • Create Salesforce reports and dashboards for sales team and sales leadership
  • Manage a team of lead gen coordinators, focused on improving lead attribution and data cleansing
  • Strategize and develop new and existing ways to research and target qualified leads
  • Identify and continuously add leads to funnel for current/future use (Hoovers, SIC, CIRCA, list vendors etc.)
  • Establish sales strategies to appeal to clients with different needs, interests, and budgets
  • Develop and refine sales messaging and sales process efficiency
  • Act as primary point of contact for Salesforce management and help internal business teams with reporting and dashboards

Required Skills

  • 3+ years experience in Sales operations or Salesforce administrator role
  • Exceptionally strong skills in Salesforce
  • Ability to develop talent, communicate effectively and produce results
  • Effective team building skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Solid understanding of the web industry and related technologies
