About this role
We seek an Implementations Specialist to join our Stamford, CT office. The Implementations Specialist assist new and existing JobTarget customers in the implementation of new services designed to assist in their recruiting needs. Once the deal is sold, it is your time to shine. You will play an integral role in the success of customers as you work with them to set-up their JobTarget services.

Responsibilities

• Work with third-party vendors to assist in customer implementations.
• Document and retain accurate customer requirements.
• Provide ongoing and timely feedback and guidance to the customer throughout the implementation process.
• Answer customer questions by phone or email throughout the implementation process.

Requirements

• Superb Organizational and Project Management skills
• Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly over email and phone.
• Ability to learn and solve problems by using available information.
• Understand when to escalate problems when needed.
• Willingness and dedication to ongoing process improvement and self-learning.
• Excellent internal and external customer service skills and mindset.

• Comfortable working independently
• Willingness to learn, grow and adapt to technology in a fast-paced environment
• 2+ years' experience with client implementations within a technology company
• Bachelor's Degree in business or technology field.
• Experience in the recruitment advertising and/or Applicant Tracking System (ATS) industry is preferred but not required
