About the Role

Account Executives at JobTarget are passionate about helping organizations more effectively manage their online recruitment strategy. You will focus on collaborating with new and existing clients to help them find, engage and hire the perfect candidate for all positions. Your desire to learn from and connect with others will ultimately help more organizations find and hire great people using the best tools available.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process and ensure customers have a positive experience on any transactions
• Efficiently research leads and target accounts.
• Develop relationships through phone, email, social media and professional networking
• Conduct live product demonstrations over the phone, via webinar and face to face
• Prospect revenue opportunities (cold call) and build a pipeline to reach quota
• Use Salesforce.com CRM
• Recommend new advertising products to customers based on their hiring needs
• Assist clients in developing and effectuating a diversity initiative

Requried Skills

• 2+ years new and existing customer sales or related business experience
• Must be comfortable selling to new business and existing customers
• Excellent phone skills; comfortable making a high volume of calls every day
• Ability to engage, cultivate and close new business
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a start-up, fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Experience in the recruitment industry is a big plus
