About this role:
We seek an inspired Marketing Campaing Manager with digital media experience to join our Stamford, CT office (currently remote). The Marketing Campaing Manager will work closely with the Product Managers to generate bold ideas and write promotional short- and long-form copy, developing texts from raw data through finished product. The Marketing Campaing Manager will partner with internal teams and clients to distill complex insights and analytics, crafting stories that are relevant, emotive, memorable, and actionable. This big-thinker should provide strategically-sound creative solutions for use by product and sales teams.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Set up automated strategy based on behavior to optimize performance and LTV
  • Build buyer personas to better customize campaigns and overall strategy
  • Create email flows for multiple accounts/products under the parent product
  • Conceptualize and optimize email marketing strategies
  • Create Measure and Monitor Personas for Product and User flows
  • Write high-engagement social media content that clearly communicates the brand voice to internal and external partners
  • Write compelling copy to support a range of marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Produce error-free content that adheres to the company's style guidelines
  • Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts
  • Propose copy concepts and present underlying strategic thinking to business leaders
  • Develop and execute cross-sell, retention, and reactivation campaigns
  • Set up all creative, sequencing, segmentation, timing, and other email tests
  • Serve as the resident email marketing expert. Attend [virtual] conferences to stay current with trends
  • Monitor competitors' and best-in-class marketing companies' email and text efforts to inspire innovation
  • Manage list health + growth, create and deploy campaigns
  • Assist in the creation and optimization of paid advertisements across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram properties

Minimum qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience optimizing email marketing and engagement campaigns, with constant testing and improvement
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in marketing or communications
  • Experience in producing creative copy for digital, and print
  • Deep knowledge and thorough understanding of email automation and mobile marketing industry, providers and emerging trends
  • Proven practices for Direct-to-Consumer marketing

Preferred qualifications:

  • Agency expierence preferred
  • Enterprise-level email strategy experience; have experience developing and managing strategic email and marketing testing plans
  • Strong project management skills and experience knowledge
  • Experience with Salesforce/Pardot/SendGrid/Klavio/Sparkpost highly preferred
