About the Role
The Sales Operations Strategist will play an important role in the overall operations of sales, including messaging, research, and sales process efficiency. The Sales Operations Strategist will also be responsible for managing Salesforce and helping all internal teams with reporting requests.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize and develop new and existing ways to research and target qualified leads
  • Establish sales strategies to appeal to clients with different needs, interests, and budgets
  • Develop and refine sales messaging and sales process efficiency
  • Analyze and optimize Salesforce related workflows, platform design and setup
  • Act as primary point of contact for Salesforce management and help internal business teams with reporting and dashboards

Required Skills

  • 3+ experience in Sales with at least 2 years in recruiting or recruitment advertising, or a related field.
  • Exceptionally strong skills in Salesforce
  • Ability to develop talent, communicate effectively and produce results
  • Effective team building skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Solid understanding of the web industry and related technologies
