About the Role
The SMB Team Lead will play a key part in developing and coaching a new sales team dedicated to growing JobTarget's small to medium size companies (less than 100 employees). Apart from managing all aspects of the sales cycle, including prospecting, new business development and achieving sale goals, the SMB Team Lead will help train and coach new members on this team.
