Essential Responsibilities:

• To perform direct patient care duties under the supervision of nursing personnel and to assist in maintaining a positive physical, social and psychological environment for the residents.
• Observing Residents
• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Taking care of a Resident’s personal hygiene
• Setting up of meal trays and documenting food/fluid intake
• Feeding Residents & serving nutritional supplements
• Making beds & keeping the Residents’ space clean and tidy
• Transporting Residents within the Facility
• Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
• Maintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have a valid GNA license
• Must have at least 1 year of experience working in Nursing department
