We are in the financial services industry and provide plans to protect union members. We are the only 100% unionized insurance company in the country which gives us a captured, niche market. We are fully endorsed and contracted through over 30,000 unions and associations nationwide.
We are looking for motivated individuals who are interested in helping working families while building their own successful career. We have the knowledge base and training systems to turn any coach-able individual into a very successful specialist and/or leader. No experience needed and training will be provided. If you're ready to join a team of individuals that will treat you like family instead of another number on a report, then this is the place for you.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Contacting clients and scheduling benefits meetings with them; consulting and guiding our union, policy holders, and association members through the process of selecting the appropriate benefit program for their family's specific needs; completing applications for selected benefits. This position also provides advancement to the manager-in-training career path.
Requirements:
· Must be a New York State resident 18 years or older
· Must have or be able to obtain a PC with video capability
· Reliable phone
· Access to Internet
