We are in the financial services industry and provide plans to protect union members. We are the only 100% unionized insurance company in the country which gives us a captured, niche market. We are fully endorsed and contracted through over 30,000 unions and associations nationwide.
The position we are looking to fill will be responsible for leading a team of Benefit Specialists. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, mentoring, leading, assisting in scheduling, interviewing, hiring, etc. Prior leadership experience is preferred, but not required as we do have a comprehensive management trainee program.
