Job Description

Evergreen Home Performance, a leading company in Maine's residential energy efficiency sector, is seeking a talented individual to join our growing finance team as an Accounting Administrator in our Portland office.

The primary role of the Accounting Administrator is to assist the President and Bookkeeper in a variety of financial activities. Duties of the Accounting Administrator include generate customer invoices using QuickBooks Online, collect accounts receivable, process weekly payroll utilizing QuickBooks payroll, conduct monthly bank reconciliations, and assist the President with providing weekly/monthly financial reporting and inventory reconciliation.

Highly qualified candidates will have approximately 5 years of relevant experience. The Accounting Administrator candidate should possess excellent QuickBooks and Excel skills.

The Accounting Administrator is a full-time position working typically 40 hours weekly. The work schedule is Monday-Friday with traditional business hours. A mix of on-site and remote work is an option.
