The Computer & Information Technology Officer will manage and direct the company's computer and information technology (CIT) operations, ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective hardware, software, and technical support services.

Job Requirements
Computer & Information Technology Officer - Resposibilities- Plans, coordinates, and directs computer (and mobile)-related activities by determining the technology and information needs of the company and making hardware and software-related decisions to meet those needs.
- Oversees security of systems, networks, and enterprise information. Organizes and directs security incident response. Ensures continuity of operations in event of emergency or data loss.
- Leads development and implementation processes for the organization's CIT systems.
- Establishes efficiency and efficacy standards, providing recommendations for improvement of CIT infrastructure.
- Plans, establishes, and manages information technology projects and ensures adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.
- Develops and maintains relationships with external CIT vendors and service providers.
- Assesses departmental and organizational training needs and then develops, delivers, and implements ongoing training for computer users as required.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough understanding of Computer Information Systems (CIS) technology, principles, programs, policies, and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization, esp. construction sales, project, and business management.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to explain technical material to non- proficient users.
Computer & Information Technology Officer - Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Science-related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- At least five years of experience in field.
