Restaurant Shift Leader Job Description:

As a Restaurant Shift Leader you will:

• Assist -Assist the store General Manager in the success of daily operations
• Delegate - Delegate tasks so that the Mod experienced is achieved and maintained for customers
• Share Your Knowledge – Lead by example and share your knowledge to encourage the team's success
• Relationships - Create meaningful relationships with the team (squad), the guests, and the community
• Celebrate - Set goals, coach with purpose, and celebrates the wins with the team
• Standards - Ensure the highest standards in the quality, safety and cleanliness of our product and environment.
• Role Model - A Restaurant Shift Leader, also known as a Mod Squad Captain, will be a passionate role model instilled with the confidence to demonstrate MOD's culture in all interactions
