Clearwater office of our client seeks litigation and municipal law attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate should have practical case management experience including attending hearings and conducting depositions. Must have experience litigating in state and federal court. Experience in local government law is preferable, to include the ability to draft proposed ordinances, contracts, and advise governmental clients at public meetings. An understanding of Floridas Sunshine Law, Public Records law are also highly valued. Must be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar.Additional Skills: The ideal candidate must be highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent research and writing skills. A strong work ethic is a necessity. Excellent professional credentials and communication skills are required.
