Chicago office of an AmLaw firm seeks mid-level global transportation finance associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate should have relevant experience in finance, commercial lending, project finance, structured finance, equipment finance, secured finance or similar experience representing underwriters, financiers, equity participants, lessors, manufacturers and customers. Experience in transportation finance (aviation, aerospace, railroad or marine industries) is preferred. Should have transferable corporate/finance skills. Illinois Bar admission is required.
