New York City office of an AmLaw firm seeks employment associate attorney with 2-3 years of experience. The candidate should preferably have 1+ year of experience with transactional employment law (including employment due diligence). Proficient knowledge of the full range of employment laws, administrative procedures and litigation procedures is required. Experience drafting employment and separation agreements is required. Experience with restrictive covenants is required. Some experience with traditional labor matters is strongly preferred. Must be current member of the New York Bar.
