HR Generalist
Highly competitive salary range - $50k to $63,500 + bonus potential

This individual will also be responsible for building strategies to improve the work culture and optimizing every area of the employee lifecycle.
 
DESIRED SKILLS:
  • ESSENTIAL SKILL: Payroll & Benefit knowledge. Responsible for processing accurate and timely payroll (currently use Paycor).
  • Leave administration – FMLA, STD, etc. – partner with employees and managers to guide them through the process.
  • Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees.
  • On-board and implement training materials for new employees.
  • Implement company culture, values, and policies.
  • Provide management with requested reports and documents.
  • Coordinate events focused on employee recognition.
  • Accurately maintain employee files.
  • HR Support – Talent Acquisition, Employee Recognition Programs, Employment Law Compliance. Recommended best practices.
  • HR Data & Analytics – prepare reports, providing needed research.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
  • A personal passion for building rapport with all employees.
  • Minimum three years of relevant HR experience.
  • Two years payroll processing experience.
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) a plus.
  • Basic working knowledge of state and federal employment law.
