MAINTENANCE MANAGER -

We're hiring for a Maintenance Manager (prefer local candidates with local connections).

Interviewing now. Start time: February 1, 2022.

We need a high-quality leader who will wear multiple hats as a member of our management team. This person will manage all facilities for AN.

This is a permanent position, full benefits, 401k after 90 days, 10 paid holidays, paid day off the month of your birthday, 12 days PTO.

Requirements

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Technically savvy
• Great multi-tasker
• Routine PM's
• Testing equipment
• PLC controls
• Experience with motors, pumps
• Electrical and Mechanical experience, and preferred, Engineering degree
• Ability to build rapport with all employees – various shifts
• Must have experience with high speed, continuous process equipment and general facilities maintenance
