Jersey Mike's Subs is looking for Shift Managers to join our GROWING team in Kentucky and Indiana, including our NEWEST COMING SOON in Shelbyville, KY!

Core Responsibilities of a Manager:
- Leading a shift of 4-8 people
- Participate in developing others for career growth
- Ensuring the restaurant is a best-in-class operation
- Coaching the staff to deliver amazing customer service

Job Requirements
- The job entails a minimum commitment of 45 hours a week-shifts of varying times and varying lengths
- Must be available/willing to work evenings, holidays, and weekends- shifts begin as early as 6 a.m., & end as late as 12 a.m.
- Must be accessible by phone
- Fast-paced restaurant environment, sometimes stressful
- Must have access to adequate transportation
- Complete work required within a limited space and within limited time
- Repetitive motion is required
- Ability to Train and use the meat slicer
- Must meet the minimal criteria in background check
- Must successfully complete in-house management training program
- Must have a valid drivers license and proof of insurance
- High School degree or equivalent
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
- Fundamental math and computer skills
- Must maintain state food safety requirements
