Job Requirements

Job Requirements include but not limited to:

  • Minimum commitment of 45 hours a week-shifts of varying times and varying lengths
  • Must be available/willing to work evenings, holidays, and weekends- shifts begin as early as 6 a.m., & end as late as 12 a.m.
  • Must be accessible by phone
  • Fast-paced restaurant environment, sometimes stressful
  • Must have access to adequate transportation
  • Complete work required within a limited space and within limited time
  • Manage all employees within the restaurant
  • Maintains and ensures a safe work environment
  • Reports to work on time in complete and correct uniform including a smile. Manages the teams standard
  • Manages the overall physical plant
  • Has responsibility for all financial related controls and security
  • Manages team to maintain quality standards
  • Manages the team to maintain safety, sanitation, and operational standards to corporate, state, and federal requirements.
  • Be able to address and resolve customer and employee complaints
  • Helps manage administrative procedures of the restaurant to meet or exceed corporate expectations
  • Leads in hiring, training, coaching, and motivating all restaurant personnel
  • Is responsible for maintaining appropriate staffing levels in accordance with goals set
  • Repetitive motion is required
  • Ability to Train and use the meat slicer
  • Must meet the minimal criteria in background check
  • Must successfully complete in-house management training program
  • Must have a valid drivers license and proof of insurance
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Fundamental math and computer skills
  • Must maintain state food safety requirements
