Job Description
Registered Nurse Evaluator (RN) –
Full Time - 40 hours
Part-time - 24 to 30 hours
Pay: $35.00 per hour
Center for Living & Working, Inc., (CLW), is a 501(c) 3 non-profit agency founded in 1975 by a core group of young adults with disabilities, and located in Worcester, Massachusetts. CLW is a consumer directed, multi-programmed, multifaceted agency, dedicated to the empowerment of all persons with disabilities to live as independently as possible.
CLW is looking for an Registered Nurse (RN) Evaluator in a private non-profit community-based organization to join our Personal Care Management Department (PCM). Responsible for evaluating the physical and cognitive functional status of consumers and make recommendations to maximize their safety and independence for Personal Care Attendant (PCA) and/or Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC) Home Care Assistance Programs. To obtain, complete and submit all necessary documentation as required by CLW to support the PCA Program so that a successful application can be made on a timely basis. (i.e., evaluations, billing, invoice, etc.)

Job Requirements
Associate or Bachelor Degree in Nursing. Licensed Registered Nurse (Massachusetts) (current)
Must possess computer skills. Must be able to provide own transportation necessary to and from Consumer meetings.
Job Type: Part-time – Monday through Friday
Experience:
1-3 years of experience as a RN in either a hospital or community nursing environment.
