Job Description
Our Direct Support Professionals/Caregivers need to be reliable, dependable, fun and creative. Our ideal
Direct Support Professional/Caregivers would be companionate able to follow instructions as well as problem solve as required to provide the best quality service possible for our clients. Must love helping others!
Applicants must possess or be able to obtain a DPS Level One fingerprint card. Must be at least 18 years old
Job Requirements
We provide the following services:
Respite Services
Paid at $13.00 (gives parents and families time to run errands, spend time with other children in the household, or to simply take an evening off)
Attendant Care Services
Paid at $13.00 (Full care including all meals, snacks,
possible administration of meds, personal hygiene consistent care will be expected)
Habilitation Services
Paid at $15.50 (Teaching life skills from brushing their teeth, washing a load of laundry, social and communication skills in the
community)
Must be in present in Arizona or locationg to Arizona
