Job Title: Quality Technician

Reports To: Quality Manager

Flex 1st Shift:

• Available between 5:30am- 8:00pm Monday- Thursday
• Typicaly day will likely be 5:30am- 4:00pm OR 9:30am- 8:00pm (Monday- Thursday)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collects and test samples to ensure they meet specifications.
• Ensures product quality, packaging integrity, and label accuracy.
• Completes calibrations, audits, and other documentation as scheduled.
• Performs root cause analysis and documents corrective actions.
• Ensures GMPs are being followed by production associates.
• Monitors CCPs, documents violations, and reports them to management.
• Completes tasks in compliance with company and regulatory policies.
• Monitors sanitary conditions including pest control and cleaning procedures.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education/Experience – high school diploma or equivalent and six months of related experience or training.
• Language – ability to communicate effectively.
• Computer Skills – competency in MS Office applications.
• Supervisory Responsibility – no supervisory responsibilities.
• Physical Demands – no physical demands.

Work Environment:

• Climate – extreme cold to extreme heat (non-weather).
• Noise – moderate.
