Customer Services

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Submit all consumer documentation by deadline

Manage SD/IRC intake consents, ITSR, communication and closure logs, ROI, IFSP, FDS, adobe folders

Support Family Intake Administrator with conducting audits, including but not limited to: scheduled assessments, questionnaire calls, consumer documentation

Complete data entry

Send consumer documentation to clinical staff by deadline

Assist staff with administrative duties as requested by Program Director or/and Program Coordinator

Maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships with employees, peers, and consumers

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team

Maintain highest degree of discretion when dealing with confidential information

Ensure compliance with HIPAA compliance policies

All other duties assigned

ABILITY TO

Utilize excellent verbal and communication skills

Have basic knowledge of general office machines and telephone system

Build strong partnerships with Stars staff and consumers

Use resources efficiently and wisely

Work flexible hours to meet program requirements

Use professional phone etiquette

Provide excellent customer service skills

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

At least 1 year of Customer Service

At least 1 year of Data Entry

Basic knowledge of Child Development or related field

Basic knowledge of medical terminology

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook,Access, Excel, PowerPoint)

Knowledge of general office machines and telephone system

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Must be willing to successfully pass a background check

Must be able to submit valid verification of legal rights to work in the U.S. upon hire

Bilingual/Spanish preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.25 - $19.00 per hour
