Job Responsibilities

As a Recruiter, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conducting initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinating the interview process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information.
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
  • Providing guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovative recruiting techniques.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies

  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
