Job Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in consultation with healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, medical histories, and symptoms of patients.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on medical conditions and post-treatment care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide appropriate interventions.
  • Adhere to all safety, health, and infection control standards and protocols.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements for a Nurse


  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
  • Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards
