This is an hourly position with great opportunity for growth.   

Summary: The successful Customer Service Representative  will be able to manage customer requests via phone, email and website. 

Knowledge of  our products and services to serve the accessibility needs of our customer base.  Including ramps, stairlift, platform lifts, barrier free bathrooms, patient lifts, residential elevators, and durable medical equipment.

 

Key Objectives:

  1. Responsible for assisting all customers over the phone, chat, and email.  

  2. Receiving and managing non customer phone calls and requests.

  3. Documenting efficiently in  CRM.

  4. Entering Leads into our CRM and distributing them to the correct person

  5. Understand 3rd party financing programs and assist customers in navigating the process.

  6. Maintain our Customer Referral program including Before and After job pictures and compliance documentation.

  7. Office supply procurement

  8. Assist with office training, coordinating in-services, meetings and company events.

  9. Work on any special projects on an as needed basis.

  10. Serve all offices within the Rocky Mountain Region

  11. Stay current with software systems and procedures.  Attend trainings and updates as requested.

  12. Work with existing team to develop and maintain a positive work environment.

Position will report to DVP.  Work Monday - Friday 8 to 5 in office.
