Job Description

As Sales Manager, you will learn and complete basic sales and administrative training, receive leadership development, be responsible for future supervisory responsibilities, and maintain and teach key functions of the business such as customer service, development and management, new consumer business acquisition, recruiting, marketing, sales training and customer retention. We will train individuals to learn a variety of skills from customer service, training, recruiting, sales management, and leadership. As a fast-paced company, we continue to set the standard for excellence in client acquisition and customer retention by marketing to existing and new clients.

Responsibilities in Sales Management include:

  • Oversee the production staff of the agency in goal setting and sales training!
  • Provide training and assistance to sales personnel to achieve sales goals.
  • Recruit new producers to the agency.
  • Communicate to the sales staff the expectations of the management of the agency.
  • Make sure that sales goals are being achieved.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts with Marketing Coordinator and Agency Manager
  • Provide training to develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed.
  • Understanding prospects' needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Explaining and demonstrating the benefits of our services
  • Ability to achieve high sales targets.

  • Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
