About this role
The Client Strategy Specialist at JobTarget is on the front lines of helping organizations more effectively manage their online recruitment strategy. You will focus on introducing recruitment tools that will help your customers find, engage, and hire the perfect candidate. Your passion to learn from and connect with others will ultimately help more organizations find and hire great people.
Responsibilities
- Engage with existing customers who have a monthly spend of $500 or less to understand their needs and identify opportunities for long-term partnerships
- Educate customers on the value and benefits of contract-based services (e.g., cost savings, features)
- Recommend new JobTarget products to a customer based on their hiring needs.
- Develop proposals and service agreements to encourage contract conversion
- Maintain and manage the book of business using HubSpot
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new contract clients
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role; client management/client support
- Must be comfortable selling to existing customers
- Ability to manage a large book of revenue-generating accounts.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience in the recruitment industry is a big plus
