About this Role
Welcome to the role of Customer Support Specialist! This is an exciting opportunity to help make customer success a priority. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, offering technical assistance to our customers, and troubleshooting customer issues. You will work with a team to ensure that customer needs are met. Your success in this role will be measured by customer retention and the successful implementation of customer solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify customer needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Manage customer cases and ensure timely resolution.
- Facilitate customer training sessions to ensure customer success.
- Build relationships with customers and serve as an advocate and a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer success.
- Ensure customer compliance with the terms and conditions of service.
- Provide customer feedback to internal teams to drive product and service improvements.
- Monitor customer engagement and usage data to identify trends and identify areas of improvement.
Job Requirements
- 2-3+ years of customer success, client services, or account management experience in a corporate environment
- Proven track record of successful customer relationships and experience managing large, complex customer accounts.
- Ability to understand and analyze customer needs and develop strategies to meet their unique requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using enterprise software systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
