Job Description

Pay: Up to $150,000 per year (based on sales performance) - Starting Salary Guarantee!
Dealership Location: High Volume Market! Hendrick Chevrolet Shawnee Mission, 8300 Shawnee Mission Pkwy, Merriam, KS 66202.
Automotive Sales Professional Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle solutions.
- Drive sales through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track leads and follow-ups.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership goals.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions effectively.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Automotive Sales Professional Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License.
- 2 years of proven experience in sales (automotive or similar fast paced retail environment).
- College Degree, High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Professional demeanor with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for helping clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Able to work Full Time, typically 5-days per week, including weekends (dealership hours between 9:00am-8:00pm).
- Chevrolet, General Motors, or similar dealership sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
