Job Qualifications:

-Valid Driver's License.

-College Degree, High School Diploma or equivalent.

-2 years of relevant work experience (fixing cars, service advising, selling products and services, automotive parts, or similar fast-paced environment)

-Able to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.

-Able to establish rapport, collaborate with parts counters, body shops, technicians and mechanics.

-Flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends as needed, business hours Monday-Saturday.

-Knowledge of dealership software programs such as Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus.

-Able to follow Safeguards rules and regulations.
