Job Summary:
As a Customer Service/BDC Representative your day-to-day includes researching leads, interacting with customers over the phone/internet, building positive relationships, and managing appointments to set our dealership teams up for success. Top performers possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to showcase our products and services to customers in a compelling way!

Pay Range:
- $18 per hour
Schedule:
- Full Time and Part Time opportunities available.
- Office Hours Monday-Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides professional concierge service to sales and service customers via inbound and outbound phone calls, text, and email.
- Accurately logs all customer interactions into Dealership Management System.
- Schedules appointments for customers to visit dealerships.
- Follows up on sales and service appointment outcomes.
- Works and communicates with teammates to promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive professional working environment.
- Maintains an organized, clean, and safe work area.
- Participates in required training.
- Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
- Demonstrates the Company’s Core Values.
- Maintains accurate timekeeping record in timekeeping system.
- Complies with Company policies and procedures.
- Observes all Federal, State, Local, and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of direct customer service experience preferred (retail or similar fast-paced environment).
Essential Job Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Ability to memorize scripts for sales products and services.
- Computer literacy and ability to use customer databases.
- Confidence in ability to use technology and multi-task.
- Ability to build relationships with customers.
