  • Sales Advisors are trained to ensure our customers have the BEST car buying experience, providing excellent customer service and helping them make informed decisions about their purchase.

  • Location: Hendrick Honda (Bradenton, FL).

  • Schedule: Full Time, day/evening/weekend rotating shifts, business hours 9:00am-8:00pm.

  • Pay Range: $72,000 - $100,000 per year and above (based on job performance).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet potential customers and introduce them to options based on make, type, and quality of vehicle desired.

  • Answer customer questions regarding car features, pricing, financing and warranties.

  • Provide test drives of vehicles and provide feedback on driving performance.

  • Develop customer relationships through follow-up and follow-through.

  • Negotiate vehicle prices and complete paperwork for sales.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address customer concerns.

  • Maintain current knowledge of product and dealership promotions

  • Ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.

  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction.

  • Maintain CSI at or above Company standards.

  • Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area.

Job Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License.

  • College Degree, High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Desired Work Experience: 2 years of direct customer-facing sales experience (automotive or similar fast-paced environment).

Essential Job Skills:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish with the ability to read, write, and speak both languages proficiently is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.

  • Computer literacy and ability to use customer databases.

  • Ability to build relationships with customers.
