Sales Consultants have the rewarding opportunity to be an ambassador of our company, as you will be interacting with customers and helping them select the PERFECT vehicle to meet their needs. They are trained to use their knowledge of the latest car models and features to guide customers through the selection process and ensure that customers are aware of the various financing and leasing options available to them.
Location: Stevenson-Hendrick Mazda (Wilmington, NC).
Schedule: Full Time, day/evening/weekend rotating shifts, business hours 9:00am-8:00pm.
Pay Range: $48,000 - $96,000 per year and above (based on job performance).

Job Responsibilities:
Greet customers at the dealership and discuss their car needs.
Assist customers with understanding different vehicle features and product options.
Demonstrate the features and advantages of a variety of cars.
Upsell features and accessories.
Negotiate and close sales deals.
Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction.
Stay current on industry news and trends.
Monitor customer feedback and suggest product improvements.
Provide information on special offers and promotions.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns.
Maintain detailed records of sales activity.
Track and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Record all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system.
Follow Safeguards rules and regulations.
Demonstrate the Company’s Core Values.
Comply with Company policies and procedures.
Observe all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
Continuously improve through feedback.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License.
College Degree, High School Diploma, or equivalent.
Satisfactory work experience in customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer software.
Essential Skills:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
Computer literacy and ability to use customer databases.
Ability to build relationships with customers.
