Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Administering, configuring, and maintaining various security tools and controls
  • Investigation and triage of security incidents and participation in the Incident Response process
  • Assist with vulnerability management program
  • Maintain and monitor security access controls
  • Contribute to routine security reviews
  • Assist with internal and external audits
  • Assist with and contribute to security awareness training across the organization
  • Coordinate and help maintain physical security access controls
  • Research knowledge of threats, vulnerabilities, and security trends
  • Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area
  • Demonstrate the company’s Core Values
  • Comply with company policies and procedures
  • Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Experience with endpoint protection technologies such as AV, EDR, etc.
  • Basic TCP/IP and computer networking knowledge (OSI Model). Routing and switching knowledge a bonus!
  • Basic scripting or programming knowledge is great! (Python, Powershell, etc.)

Education/Experience:

1-2 years of general technology-related job experience, or a combination of job experience, education, and industry-standard security certifications. At least one entry-level Information Security certification is required (i.e. Security+)

v An industry-standard cybersecurity certification
